Terms of Service

1. Overview

TimelineKit is a commercial software product developed by Atlantean IT ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a license or using our software, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TimelineKit components in your applications. Each license is per developer — every developer working with the components needs their own license. A single license allows the developer to use the components in unlimited projects.

For team or volume licensing, contact us for a custom arrangement.

3. Permitted Use

  • Use the components in commercial and non-commercial applications
  • Distribute applications that include the components to your end users
  • Modify the components for your own use

4. Restrictions

  • You may not redistribute the components as a standalone library or component kit
  • You may not share license keys with unauthorized users
  • You may not remove or circumvent the license validation mechanism

5. Free Tier

TimelineKit may be used without a license with all features enabled. The only difference is a watermark displayed on the component. The watermark is removed upon purchasing a license.

6. Support & Updates

A license includes access to updates and bug fixes for the duration specified in your license type. Support is provided via email.

7. Refunds

Since all features are available for evaluation before purchase (free tier with watermark), we generally do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue that prevents use, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR YOUR LICENSE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
